David Schainker

David has spent 20 years building distributed architectures, high-throughput backend infrastructure and regulated environments, across North America and Asia. Before Dualis Logic, he led engineering and technical operations teams that replaced vendor software with simpler, deterministic systems.
On an engagement he scopes the architecture, writes the eval harnesses, trains the models and wires the harness into your repositories.
The smaller half of Dualis is the people who hold the gates.

These are environments Dualis Logic has built and operated inside. They are not certifications held by this firm. Dualis Logic is not SOC 2, ISO 27001 or PCI DSS certified, is not an auditor or assessor, and cannot certify anyone: certification requires an accredited third party. HIPAA has no certification to hold.
I build systems that pass audit, in environments that have to. I am not your auditor. I am the engineer who knows what your auditor is going to ask.

The thesis
Own the model where the data cannot leave.
An agent harness sends your tools, your code and your records to whoever runs the model, on every turn.
Caching makes the repeated tool block cheap, so we do not sell a model on cost alone.
A model you own earns its fee three ways, in this order: the data stays in your environment, we measure it on your own tools, and at sustained volume it can cost less per task than the cached API.

Every claim carries a receipt.
A number, an artifact or a link, or we leave the sentence out. If we say a model saves tokens, you see the prompt counted before and after.
Name the constraint.
If your volume is too low for a model to pay back, we tell you to stay on the API. If your tests cannot govern an agent harness, we do not build one.
Fixed fees, published.
The price on the services page is the price, and we never quote an hourly rate.
